Official Opening Fourth Serbian Diaspora Medical Conference 2013

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine officially opened the fourth Serbian Diaspora Medical Conference 2013 today at Hotel Metropol Palace in Belgrade today.
Beside the Royal Couple, at the opening there were also H.E. Prof. Dr. Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, Minister of Health of Serbia, His Grace Bishop Andrej of Hvosno, Mrs. Roksanda Nincic, assistant Minister of Foreign affairs of Serbia, H.E. Dr. Helena Studdert, Ambassador of Australia, H.E. Mr. Demosthenes Stoidis, Ambassador of Greece, H.E. Mr. Franc But, Ambassador of Slovenia, H.E. Mr. Roman Waschuk, Ambassador of Canada, Col. William English Defense Attaché at the United Kingdom Embassy, Mr. Jerome Kelle, political attaché at French Embassy, lecturers and participants.
The “Fourth Serbian Diaspora Medical Conference 2013” is held under auspices of TRH Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine, and is organised by HRH Crown Princess Katherine Foundation and University Children’s Hospital in Tirsova, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Office for Cooperation with Diaspora and Serbs in the region of the Government of Serbia, Medical Faculty of Belgrade, Serbian Medical Association and World Health Organization (WHO) and Medical Boards of Lifeline Humanitarian Organization in Chicago and Toronto.
HRH Crown Prince Alexander addressed the participants and emphasized: “I am very proud of my wife and her humanitarian Foundation for organising the Serbian Diaspora Medical Conference for a fourth time in a row. That was a huge task, and I am very happy it was completed successfully. I am also very satisfied that our doctors from abroad, as well as those from Serbia, have expressed great interest in participating in these Conferences”.
