H.R.H. CROWN PRINCE ALEKSANDAR II AND THE ROYAL FAMIL
IN VISIT OF VRNJACKA BANJA

 

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Aleksandar II, Princess Katarina and Prince Filip visited today Vrnjačka Banja Municipality.

After the arrival Their Royal Highnesses were warmly welcomed by the local authorities at the Municipality Hall were they discussed current topics. Addressing those present, Crown Prince Aleksandar said his family was very pleased to have the opportunity to learn about their country,  people,  tradition and problems their compatriots  deal with. “We are here to listen to you, and it is our obligation to help in every way and in every time”, said H.R.H. Crown Prince Aleksandar II and added: “As much as we know, the easier we will learn where we can help”.

With their hosts, Mr. Mateja Mijatović, President of Municipality and his associates, The Royal Family visited the center of Vrnjačka Banja and the place were the monument to King Aleksandar I and the King’s Bathroom were removed from after the World War II. During the visit to the “Institute for treatment and rehabilitation of digestive disorders and diabetes” Their Royal Highnesses learnt about the work conditions and possibilities of this highly visited Health center.

Crown Prince Aleksandar and his family attended the concert on the occasion of 50 years of Cultural and artistic ensemble “Abrašević”. Congratulating this important anniversary to the hosts, Crown Prince Aleksandar said that the reputation and quality of the “Abrašević” ensemble  exceeded the geographical and administrative limits of our country long time ago.

“If we want to develop our culture we must invest our love, work and financial resources in it”, concluded Crown Prince Aleksandar II.
