HRH Crown Princess Katherine met in Athens with the Health Minister of Greece and his deputy.  On that occasion Her Royal Highness expressed her great concern of the lack of medicines and medical equipment in our country that is needed disparately.

HRH Crown Princess Katherine has also made an appeal, on Saturday 30 December 2000, on the prominent “TV Antenna”.  “Kathimerini” (4.1.01) a leading daily newspaper in Greece has published an interview with Her Royal Highness in which she appeals for help for our country, especially because of our Christmas this coming Sunday.
