Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine together with His Grace Bishop Irinej of the Serbian Orthodox Diocese of Eastern America attended St. Sava celebration at Saints Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church hall in Potomac Maryland, which serves the metropolitan Washington DC region.
The event was also attended by Mr. Obrad Kesic, Head of Republic of Srpska representative office in Washington, HE Mr. Djerdj Matkovic, Ambassador of Serbia in the United States of America, as well as the Honorable Branko Terzic, Royal Adjutant and member of the Privy Council.
Performances of the pianist Mrs. Milica Sekulic, Serbiana Chamber Ensemble, “Opancici” Serbian Cultural Center, Serbian Singing Society “Lira”, Folklore Ensemble “Prelo”, Children’s Choir and
Children’s Folklore Ensemble made the ceremony even more beautiful.
The Royal couple expressed their gratitude to the parish members who organized their visit.
