Prestolonaslednika Aleksandra i prof. dr Olivera Anti\u0107a u Vi\u0161em sudu u Beogradu, sud je ta\u010dno u 12 \u010dasova i 13 minuta doneo slede\u0107e re\u0161enje u predmetu REH 17\/15:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201eUsvaja se zahtev za rehabilitaciju Nj.K.V. Prestolonaslednika Aleksandra Kara\u0111or\u0111evi\u0107a, od oca Petra Kara\u0111or\u0111evi\u0107a, ro\u0111enog 17.07.1945. u Londonu, u Velikoj Britaniji, na teritoriji progla\u0161enoj za teritoriju Kraljevine Jugoslavije, te se UTVR\u0110UJE da je Ukaz 392 Prezidijuma Predsedni\u0161tva Narodne skup\u0161tine FNRJ od 08.03.1947. godine ni\u0161tav od trenutka dono\u0161enja, u delu koji se odnosi na Nj.K.V. Prestolonaslednika Aleksandra, kao i da su ni\u0161tave sve njegove pravne posledice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Rehabilitovano lice, Nj.K.V.
