Kraljevski Dvor i ove godine ponovo je u\u010destvovao u No\u0107i muzeja, i predstavio model Vidovdanskog hrama na\u0161eg \u010duvenog vajara Ivana Me\u0161trovi\u0107a u saradnji sa Narodnim muzejem iz Kru\u0161evca, kao i skulpture iz njegovog kosovskog ciklusa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hvaljen i osporavan, uzdizan i huljen, Vidovdanski hram Ivana Me\u0161trovi\u0107a jedan je od najmanje poznatih slavnih umetni\u010dkih i politi\u010dkih projekata u istoriji Srba i Srbije.Nastao je u vreme o\u017eivljenog i mo\u0107nog nacionalnog zanosa, manje od \u010detvrt veka po\u0161to je obnovljena kraljevina i osokoljena srpska dr\u017eavnost proslavila pet stotina godina od Kosovske epopeje. Godine 1911. Srbija je odlu\u010dila da ovaj projekat izlo\u017ei na svetskoj izlo\u017ebi u Rimu. Enormna cena takve investicije i izbijanje prvog od ratova 20. veka koji \u0107e obele\u017eiti \u010ditavu noviju istoriju Srbije u\u010dinili su projekat neostvarivim, a njegova neostvarivost ga je u\u010dinila gotovo mitskim. Jo\u0161 tokom 1915. godine, maketa Hrama sa rimske izlo\u017ebe upu\u0107ena je u London, potom u Njujork i tamo je, zaboravljena i gurnuta na za\u010delje interesa u pore\u0111enju sa vestima o stanju na frontovima i agoniji dotada\u0161njeg sveta, nestala! Godine 1968, kao scena iz filma o otima\u010dima izgubljenog Kov\u010dega zaveta, maketa je prona\u0111ena u jednom od magacina njujor\u0161kih dokova, identifikovana, i prosle\u0111ena u Beograd. Tu je izvr\u0161ena njena stru\u010dna popravka i restauracija, a potom je, u prili\u010dnoj ti\u0161ini, preba\u010dena u muzej u Kru\u0161evcu, gde se nalazi i danas.<\/p>\n

Tokom No\u0107i muzeja bile su predstavljene i skulpture Ivana Me\u0161trovi\u0107a iz njegovog Kosovskog ciklusa koje su deo umetni\u010dke zbirke Dvorskog kompleksa: skulptura Marka Kraljevi\u0107a, skulptura Petra Petrovi\u0107a Njego\u0161a, skulptura Se\u0107anje, mali model sfinge koji se \u010duva u Kraljevom kabinetu, kao i vi\u0161e postera velikog formata. Istori\u010dari umetnosti vodili su posetioce kroz izlo\u017ebu.<\/p>\n

Vi\u0161e hiljada gostiju koji su posetili Beli Dvor tokom No\u0107i muzeja imali su priliku da po prvi put vide ova jedinstvena dela.<\/p>\n
