Delo je otkupljeno posredstvom\u00a0 KPR od Jovanke Dejkovi\u0107kao rad \u0110or\u0111a Krsti\u0107a 1956.<\/p>\n

Portret tamnokose devojke sa crvenim perlama, u poluprofilu predstavljen je u dopojasnoj verziji. Identitet devojke nije poznat, mada na\u010din predstavljanja i kostim ukazuju da je re\u010d o devojci iz vi\u0161eg gra\u0111anskog sloja. Stilskim karakteristikama portret upu\u0107uje na slikarstvo nastalo pod jakim uticajem minhenske \u0161kole realizma druge polovine 19. veka.<\/p>\n

Na srpskom kulturnom podru\u010dju, poslednjih decenija 19. veka,\u00a0 uz delovanje slikara koji su se \u0161kolovali na Akademiji likovnih umetnosti u Minhenu, razvija se realizam \u010diji \u0107e uticaji trajati i u vreme stvaranja srpske moderne. U srpskom slikarstvu realizam nikad nije za\u017eiveo u pravom smislu kakav je postojao u evropskom slikarstvu tog vremena, pre svega u simbiozi tematike i tehnike. Srpski slikari \u0161kolovani u Minhenu po povratku u Srbiju na\u0161li su se pred problemom prilago\u0111avanja uslovima jedne dru\u0161tveno i kulturno nerazvijenije sredine. Nedovoljna razvijenost i spremnost da se prihvate nove socijalne teme za koje se zalagao evropski realizam uticala je na to da se ti umetnici fokusiraju na portrete, religiozne i istorijske\u00a0 kompozicije i pejza\u017ee. Ako govorimo o op\u0161tim (zajedni\u010dkim) karakteristikama njihovih radova isti\u010de se pre svega tonsko re\u0161enje i prigu\u0161ena gama, pa tako na delima Milo\u0161a Tenkovi\u0107a, \u0110or\u0111a Krsti\u0107a i \u0110or\u0111a Milovanovi\u0107a izranjaju tamno zelene, zagasito crvene i srebrnosive boje i kontrasti.<\/p>\n

Ipak, istra\u017eivanja i stilske analize dela ukazuju da se slika ne mo\u017ee pripisati niti jednom od na\u0161ih sledbenika minhenske \u0161kole, iako je nabavljena kao rad jednog od njih. Budu\u0107e stru\u010dne analize otkri\u0107e identitet autorskog dela.<\/p>\n
