Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine attended today the Easter Liturgy at St. Sava church in Stockholm officiated by His Grace Bishop Dositej of Britain and Scandinavia, with clergy from this Diocese and several hundred faithful.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander together with HRH Crown Princess Katherine attended consecration of St. Sava Church in Stockholm on 5 October 2014, at the service led by His Holiness Patriarch Irinej of Serbia. Crown Prince is very happy to celebrate today’s holiday above all holidays with faithful of Britain and Scandinavia Diocese, emphasizing that we in the homeland didn’t forget about them, that they have not been left alone, and that they also should not forget about their homeland, because we all have just one homeland in life – said Crown Prince Alexander in his address to Serbs in Stockholm.

Bishop Dositej of Britain and Scandinavia thanked the Royal couple for attending today’s Liturgy and making it even more beautiful, emphasizing that each visit of the Crown Prince and Crown Princess to Britain and Scandinavia Diocese raise hope in unity and love among the faithful, not just in this Diocese but among Serbian people wherever they might be.

Crown Prince Alexander wished a happy Easter on his behalf and on behalf of his family to those present, and to all those who celebrate this holiday, sending out a message of peace and belief in eternal life in clarity and truth.

Their Royal Highnesses have been guests of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden for the last three days in Stockholm.
