XXXII NGO MEETING AT THE WHITE PALACE
Belgrade, 11 November 2004 – HRH Crown Princess Katherine
Foundation organized today in the White Palace in Dedinje, the
thirty second meeting of the Nongovernmental Organizations and World
Bank. The present discussed the Roma decede and Small grants
programmes.
Mrs Carolyn Jungr, Chief of Mision, World Bank, emphasized the
poverty situation in SCG and said that the World Bank is going to do
its best to find the solution to the problem.
Mrs. Vesna Kostic, International affairs, World Bank, said that
we are on the point of the beginning of the Roma decade project.
Crown Princess ended the thirty second NGO meeting by thanking
the representatives of the World Bank, Mrs Carolyn Jungr, chief of
Mision and Mrs. Vesna Kostic, International affairs, for their
extraordinary presentation and said that HRH is very happy because
there are still people who are ready to help this nation. Princess
Katherine thanked the present on their speeches and their productive
discussions with the NGO representatives.
Next NGO meeting is scheduled for 7 December, 2004.
