CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER II AT CONFERENCE
ORGANIZED BY SERBIAN AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (SACC) IN
CHICAGO
Chicago, 10 November 2009 –His Royal Highness
Crown Prince Alexander II was among the key note speakers at a
conference organized today by the Serbian American Chamber of
Commerce (SACC) at the Meadows Convention Centre in Rolling
Meadows near Chicago. This important business event was prepared
in partnership with the United States Commercial Service,
Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, International Business Club,
with Serbian Bank Agrobanka as general sponsor. Her Royal
Highness Crown Princess Katherine was also present.
Besides His Royal Highness Crown Prince
Alexander II, the participants were addressed by Congresswomen
Ms. Melissa Bean, H.E. Mr. Vladimir Petrovic, Ambassador of
Serbia to the United States of America, Mr. Desko Nikitovic,
Consul General of Serbia in Chicago, Mr. Kenneth Nelson, Mayor
of Rolling Meadows, Ms. Vesna Peric, director of Serbian
Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA), Ms. Robin
Mugford, from the United States Commercial Service and Mr Zoran
Golubovich, President and CEO of SACC.
The main topics of this event were the
launching of Chicago ExporTeams and Doing Business with Serbia.
The greater Chicago has the biggest Serbian Diaspora in the
world, and Serbia and business people have much interest in
inviting our Diaspora to invest in Serbia and to develop new
business initiatives.
