HRH Crown Prince Alexander extends wishes of the Royal family of Serbia for a blessed and Merry Christmas to all Christians in Serbia and across the world who celebrate this Holy Day on December 25th, according to the new calendar.

“On behalf of the Royal family of Serbia, I extend our heartfelt congratulations to all believers who celebrate the Nativity of Christ according to the new calendar. May this Holy Day fill your homes with serenity, strength, and joy, and may you welcome it surrounded by those you love.

Christmas is the moment when we are reminded of God’s immeasurable love for humankind. The humble cave in Bethlehem became the place where light entered the world, light that exists since the beginning of time, which brings hope and defeats every evil and darkness. In this season, we are especially called to renew within ourselves the virtues that Christ’s birth revealed: compassion, forgiveness, generosity, and unwavering faith.

The world continues to face trials, yet the message of Christmas has never lost its power. It encourages us to be a source of comfort and support to our fellow men, and to work together so that the peace of God becomes not only our prayer, but our reality. Let us remember that every good deed, every moment of understanding, and every act of love brings us closer to the world our Savior taught us to build.

My family and I wholeheartedly wish you good health, prosperity, and true happiness. May the joy of the Nativity warm your hearts, strengthen your faith, and bring harmony to your homes. Peace of God, Christ is Born!”
