STOCK EXCHANGE EXPERTS IN THE WHITE PALACE
Belgrade, 14 November 2006 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander
II and HRH Crown Princess Katherine organized a reception in honour of the
participants of the 5th International
Belgrade Stock Exchange Conference at The White Palace.
Fifth International conference dubbed “Where the Stock
Exchanges Are Going?” is a two day conference (14 and 15 November) held in
Belgrade’s Intercontinental Hotel.
The conference has gathered representatives of European
stock exchanges and renowned experts from Europe, Asia and America,
commissions for bonds, brokers associations, international associations of
different levels, investment funds, market analysts and auditing firms.
The Royal Couple once again turned The White Palace into
a place of gathering of many personalities from the world of economy,
business and finances. The reception was also attended by the former Serbian
Finance Minister Mr. Bozidar Djelic, president of the Executive Board of
Meridian Bank.
“I hope that this gathering is going to attract more
investments to Serbia. Serbia especially needs many new green field
investments. Development of Financial market will bring improvement and
stability to the economy in the region” – stressed HRH Crown Prince
Alexander II in his speech.
The reception ended with the performance of the renowned
artist Mr. Bora Dugic.
