Their Royal Highnesses attended this evening a concert of world known Tenor Andrea Bocceli as special guests of FIAT Serbia, as guests of Lancia Lounge, general sponsors of the concert in Kombank Arena.
The Italian tenor, who began to rise to fame during the nineties, is returning to Belgrade after many, hugely successful seasons, several releases and sold out performances in some of the best known opera houses and larger venues throughout the world and will perform with an orchestra from Serbia as his personal wish.
He is rightfully called a “New millennium legend” since his concerts are famed for their diverse repertoire drawing from many genres and can stand shoulder to shoulder with the greatest tenors of all time such are Caruzo, Del Monako, Corelli. His fame and popularity are on a constant rise since his first appearance in San Remo Festival in 1994.
He was recently awarded a special recognition “International Artist of the Year” at the Classic Brit Awards for his 20 year career.
Andrea Bocelli published 30 albums with opera performances as well as pop ballads which sold in 75 million copies worldwide.
