HRH CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER II AWARDED THE
DIPLOMA OF GRATITUDE AND THE PLAQUE FROM THE ASSOCIATION OF FAMILIES OF
SOLDIERS IN WARS 1990-1999
Belgrade, 12 March 2003 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II attended today
the Annual Assembly of the Association of Families of Soldiers in Wars
1990-1999 at the Army Club, where he was awarded the Diploma of Gratitude
and the plaque for his contribution in taking care of the families of killed
soldiers.
The Assembly was attended by the representative of the Ministry of
Internal Affairs lieutenant Biljana Lazarevic, representative of the
Ministry of Social Affairs and Military Medical Academy, as well as the
families of soldiers.
Upon receiving the Diploma and the plaque Crown Prince Alexander thanked
to the members of the Association and said:
“The wars in our country since 1990 have brought great loss to everybody,
and the greatest to your families. As a parent I understand your grief, I
understand your effort to help the families of soldiers through the work of
this Association”.
