HRH CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE VISITS ORPHANAGES
IN ZVECANSKA AND BOZIDARA ADZIJE STREET
Belgrade, 6 May 2003 – HRH Crown Princess Katherine visited the children
without parental care in the Homes in Zvecanska and Bozidara Adzije street.
Princess Katherine was accompanied by Miss Maria Konstantantou from
Greece.
During the visit, Her Royal Highness presented the children with socks
and clothes rallied in the joint humanitarian program of the Foundation of
HRH Crown Prince Katherine and “YUTEF” called “Good Deeds are Always in
Fashion”. The aim of the program that is going to last throughout the year
is to put clothes on the children from one Home in Serbia each month.
In the conversation with the managers and teachers of the orphanages, HRH
Crown Princess Katherine was introduced to the program of their work,
conditions of living at the Homes and the needs of the children. The hosts
thanked Princess Katherine for her constant care for the young protégés of
these institutions and for the delivered donation.
