INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE RED CROSS AND THE RED CRESCENT

Belgrade, 8 May 2003 – TRH Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess
Katherine extended their congratulations today on the occasion of the
international Day of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent to Mr. Peter
Stocker, the Head of the mission of this organization for Serbia and
Montenegro.
“On the occasion of the international Day of the Red Cross and the Red
Crescent please accept our most sincere congratulations and our wishes that
this most important international humanitarian organization continues to
fulfill its noble goals, saving lives and relieving sufferings throughout
the world”.
Their Royal Highnesses expressed their gratitude to the organization of
the Red Cross and the Red Crescent for their so far help and their hope for
