CONGRATULATIONS ON THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF
VECERNJE NOVOSTI
Belgrade, 15 October 2003 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II congratulated
to the General Manager and Editor in Chief of “Vecernje Novosti” Mr. Manojlo
Manjo Vukotic, as well as to the management, editors, journalists and all
employees and associates of this daily newspaper, on the occasion of its the
50th anniversary.
“I most sincerely congratulate you the 50th anniversary of “Vecerenje
Novosti”, the daily paper with the largest circulation in Serbia, that has
for a half of a century put effort into establishing of free and objective
media. I wish to all journalists and employees of “ Vecernje Novosti” to
continue their outstanding and successful work in this area vital for our
whole society.

can always count on my support”, emphasized the Crown Prince in his letter
