His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander congratulated Mrs. Maja Gojkovic for her re-election as the Speaker of the House of the National Assembly of Serbia, as well as all the MPs who received the trust of the citizens of Serbia for the new National Assembly.
In a letter to Mrs. Maja Gojkovic, His Royal Highness said: “I congratulate you on your re-election as the Speaker of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. I am sure you will continue to perform this high office conscientiously and professionally and the House that you represent will be an example of democratic dialogue. Please accept my best wishes for success in your future work” – wrote the Crown Prince.
Addressing the MPs at the new session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Crown Prince Alexander said: “With the joint efforts of all participants in parliamentary life it is possible to solve the problems that Serbia is facing and overcome individual interests of political parties. I congratulate you on the trust you have received from the citizens of Serbia. Let that trust be an honour, but also a responsibility to the people you represent in the highest representative body and the holder of constitutional and legislative power in our country. I wish you much success in your work!” – said Crown Prince Alexander.
