FUNDRAISING PARTY AT THE WHITE PALACE
IN AID OF SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS OF HRH CROWN PRINCE

FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATION RECEIVES THREE
SCHOLARSHIPS FROM BUSINESS COLLEGE OF ATHENS
Belgrade, 20 June 2010 – His Royal
Highness Crown Prince Alexander’s Foundation for Education
organized a fund raising party tonight at the White Palace,
in aid of scholarship students of the Foundation. Their
Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II hosted this
magnificent event, in the presence of members of the Board
of Directors of HRH Crown Prince Alexander’s Foundation for
Education, members of the advisory bodies to the Crown,
representatives of Serbia’s alumni clubs, other
distinguished guests and representatives of the companies
that support international cooperation in the field of
education. The Business College of Athens generously donated
three scholarships for students to be chosen by HRH Crown
Prince Alexander’s Foundation for Education.
Addressing the guests, HRH Crown Prince
Alexander emphasized: ”It is a great pleasure that we have
gathered tonight at the White Palace to support our students
in their quest for knowledge and professional education.
Educated young people are the future of Serbia“.
During the party, the School for young
musical talent from Cuprija, guests from Slovenia, Tatjana
Krpan, Ana Krpan and Minja Spasić, and famous
tenor Bojan Bulatovic accompanied by pianist Ana Milatovic,
superbly performed compositions of Bartok, Glinka, Massenet,
Bach and Dvorzak.
