Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine traditionally visited children’s hospitals in Belgrade on Christmas Day, and gave packages and toys to children. HRH Crown Princess Katherine visited the “Institute for Mother and Child Dr Vukan Cupic,” the University Children’s Hospital in Tirsova and the children’s department of the Orthopaedic Clinic “Banjica”. Her Royal Highness was accompanied by Mrs Kathy Fanslow, President of Lifeline Chicago Humanitarian Organisation and her daughter Ms Tracy Armstrong. Lifeline Chicago Humanitarian Organisation’s patron is HRH Crown Princess Katherine.
Young patients and staff at these hospitals greeted their distinguished guests with great warmth and joy, and warmly thanked them for the wonderful presents.
