Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine attended the XV panel Fire Department Association of Vojvodina which was followed by a seminar entitled “Training of human resources for fire-fighting organization Vojvodina emergency”. On this occasion, Their Royal Highnesses handed medals and awards to the most deserving members of the Association, as well as to the representatives of the NIS company.
“Human resources training for emergency situations is extremely important. Quality professional training is of great importance, it is indispensable in the efforts to assist the economic development of our country. In achieving your noble objectives, you can always count on the support of my family and my Foundation for culture and education. To all the award and promotion winners I most sincerely congratulate, and to all members of the Fire Department Association of Vojvodina I wish to continue their successful work”, said Crown Prince Alexander.
This event is a very important step in the process of popularizing the fire-fighetrs vocation, and it was also an opportunity for all firefighters in Vojvodina to be together and share their experiences and knowledge.
Award ceremony was also attended by Ms. Sanja Petrović, president of Kovin municipality, Mr. Zoran Bradanji, president of Kovin municipality assembly, Mr. Dragan Jajic, president of Fire Department Association of Vojvodina, Mr. Dragan Mihajlovic, president of Fire Department Association of Serbia, Ms. Ruzica Belanovic, vice-president of Fire Department Association of Serbia, as well as many others.
