SUPPORT FOR PARTIZAN VERSUS REAL MADRID
Belgrade, 4 November 2003 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II sent a letter
of support to the Chairman of “Partizan Football Club.” Mr. Ivan Curkovic,
on the occasion of the match against Real Madrid.
“I fully support your club in the match vs. Real Madrid in the League of
Champions. Unfortunately, I shall not be able to attend this important sport
event, due to long standing invitation of HM King Carl Gustaf XVI of Sweden.
As you know, my son Philip was at the first match against Real Madrid and
wholeheartedly supported “Partizan”. To all players and coaches, I wish good
luck, and victory in this important match”, said the Crown Prince in his
letter.
