VETERANS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION “NASA KRILA” IN VISIT TO
HRH CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER II
Belgrade, 15TH September 2004 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II saw
today a delegation of American pilots veterans from the Second World
War and the members of the association “Nasa Krila”, whose patron is
the Crown Prince himself.
In a small conversation the guests evoked the memories and
expressed their satisfaction for having the unique opportunity to
meet and talk with HRH Crown Prince Alexander II. They presented HRH
Crown Prince with the path of their visit of Serbia, during which
they visited a place Vranjani, where the ending fight, for saving
the American soldiers was held. It is planned to set a monument in
that place with a small sport airport, where youth, who is fond of
the height, can train managing and controlling the paragliding, hang
glider and other sport airplanes, but also to study the history in
the place where it was born.
The guests gifted the Crown Prince a book by Miodrag Pesic” The
Mission Hilliard”, which, in the best way, describes this action
while The Second World War, and the album
