CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER II EXTENDS GREETINGS ON THE DAY
OF THE ENTRANCE OF THE MOST HOLY THEOTOKOS – SLAVA OF THE CHILANDAR
MONASTERY
Belgrade, 4 December 2006 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II
has sent his greetings today to the brotherhood of Chilandar Monastery on
Mount Athos in Greece on the occasion of the Monastery’s Slava – Entrance of
the Most Holy Thetokos into the Temple.
“Please accept my wishes that you continue serving the
Lord in peace and under the protection of the Holy Virgin Mary. Your service
is of invaluable spiritual importance for our unity and faith,” Crown Prince
Alexander stated in his letter to the Abbot and the Brotherhood of the
Chilandar Monastery, stressing the importance of this Monastery for Serbian
