THE FIRST
SESSION OF
THE ROYAL HOUSE KARAĐORĐEVIĆ FOUNDATION
On October 16, 2001 the
Executive Board of the Royal House Karađorđević Foundation
held its first session at the Royal Palace
in Belgrade.
The Foundation was
established to provide scholarships to the most talented students of the
final years of domestic universities.
H.R.H.
Crown Prince Aleksandar presided
the session of the Executive Board whose members are: His Grace the retired
Bishop of Zahumlye and Herzegovina Atanasije, academicians Dragomir Vitorović,
Predrag Palavestra, Nikola Tasić, Slobodan Dušanić and Dušan
Kovačević, Arch. Dragomir Acović and Mr. Zoran Trifunović.
Arch.
Dragomir Acović was nominated for the director of the Foundation.
