Best scholar reception 2021
HRH Crown Prince Alexander’s Foundation for Education and Culture awarded this year, traditionally, more than 600 best high school students from Serbia and Republika Srpska for their outstanding academic results achieved in high school.
Instead of the traditional ceremony, as it had been organized at the White Palace for 18 years, at which the students had the opportunity to personally meet HRH Crown Prince Alexander, the 20th jubilee award ceremony was organized online, like the year before, and the commendations and gifts for the students were sent to their schools.
HRH Crown Prince Alexander congratulated the best students on their success and wished them good luck in their further education and training. “Educated young people are our future. We need to support them on the path of knowledge and personal development, so that they can stay in Serbia and help our country with their work”, said Crown Prince Alexander. He especially thanked NCR Corporation, the sponsor of this event, as well as Link Group, which is awarding 40 scholarships this year for its prestigious ITA academy. HRH Crown Prince Alexander also thanked the Ministers of Education of Serbia and Republika Srpska, Mr. Branko Ruzic and Mrs. Natalija Trivic, for their support.
In the spirit of the tradition of his ancestors, following the example of his grandparents King Alexander I and Queen Maria, HRH Crown Prince Alexander established the Foundation for Education and Culture, with the aim of providing support to young people. Together with associates and partners, Crown Prince Alexander is dedicated to improving education and academic research in Serbia, as well as solving the problem of young and talented people outflow.
