Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine marked Saint Sava Day by attending a number of events dedicated to the father of Serbian spirituality and the founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Prince Rastko Nemanjic – Saint Sava.

On this Day when the Serbian Orthodox Church and people honour the memory of Saint Sava, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander and his family extend their greetings reminding that the spirit and work of Saint Sava should bring us together, unite and ennoble us all in our deeds for the benefit of all the people and in the glory of our Lord.

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine attended a celebration at the “Stefan Decanski” school for children with hearing problems and Primary School “Dusan Dugalic“, the first specialised school for mentally challenged children in Serbia. HRH Crown Princess Katherine Foundation delivered a donation of school material and confectionary to the pupils.

In the evening, Their Royal Highnesses will attend, along with many other distinguished guests, the traditional Saint Sava Academy at the National Theatre in Belgrade.
