HRH CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE OBTAINS GRANTS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF SERBIAN DOCTORS IN HOUSTON, TEXAS 
Belgrade, 10 October 2012. – Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine obtained grants for Serbian doctors training in radiology during a visit and humanitarian event in Houston, Texas in May 2012. The first group of five doctors from the Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia arrived at the famous MD Anderson Cancer Centre in Houston, Texas, where they will have further professional training for two weeks.
MD Anderson Cancer Centre is one of the world’s most esteemed hospitals devoted exclusively to cancer patient care, research, education and prevention. It is located in central Houston in the Texas Medical Centre campus.
HRH Crown Princess Katherine plans to send representative radiology doctors from all Cancer Centres in Serbia for two week education training to obtain the latest medical information.
