HRH Crown Princess Katherine today officially delivered 10 electric beds for the intensive care unit – the donation of Project C.U.R.E humanitarian organization from Denver, Colorado – to the Institute for Pulmonary Diseases in Sremska Kamenica worth 27,500 Euros.

“It is my pleasure to deliver this valuable equipment to this renowned hospital “– said HRH Crown Princess Katherine in her speech. Doc. dr Zoran Gojković, Provincial Secretary for Healthcare of Vojvodina accompanied HRH Crown Princess Katherine while delivering equipment to the Institute.

Following this, HRH Crown Princess Katherine visited General hospital in Sombor and delivered 10 electric beds and various medical equipment worth around 30,000 Euros. This donation has as well been made possible with the help of the Project C.U.R.E. humanitarian organization from Denver in Colorado. The Mayor of Sombor, Mrs Dusanka Golubovic attended the official delivery.

During her visit to Sombor, HRH Crown Princess Katherine said: “I hope that this equipment will facilitate your work but also the recovery of your patients. My husband, my family and my Foundation remain committed to help the Serbian healthcare whenever we can.”

Directors of both medical institutions, as well as entire medical staff warmly thanked HRH Crown Princess Katherine for her valuable help and support.

Only this month, HRH Crown Princess Katherine has already delivered medical equipment worth around 200,000 Euros to several hospitals in Belgrade.
