LETTER OF CONDOLENCE SENT TO THE
FAMILY OF THE DECEASED STUDENT
NENAD KOVACEVIC
Belgrade, 18 March 2005 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II sent a
letter of condolence to the family of Nenad Kovacevic, student of
“Saint Sava” High School, who succumbed to the consequences of the
maltreatment of his age mates.
“My wife Princess Katherine and I received with great pain the
news about the maltreatment of young Nikola, which for him was
fatal. I know it is hard to find words of comfort in such a moment
and therefore I wish for you to know that we are truly feeling
sympathy for you during your time of grief.”
I strongly condemn any kind of violence in schools, in which our
children should be prepared for future life, life without violence”-
