Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander, Crown Princess Katherine, Prince Peter and Prince Philip, accompanied by Mrs. Betty Roumeliotis, and artist Mrs Danica Marinkovic attended this morning the Holy Liturgy, which was officiated by His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej and the Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church, in the crypt of St. Sava Temple.
In his Easter congratulations Crown Prince Alexander said: “To all our Christian citizens I wish you spend Easter in peace and harmony. Today be joyful, because this is the day when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus when we should all recognize the beauty of life, love and harmony. This year Christian faiths are united together in the most joyous Christian holiday celebrating Easter. My family and I wish you to finish whatever you started, and to have love always and forever. Christ is risen!”.
Upon completion of the sacred liturgy, the Royal Family in the company of HE Mr Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, attended the ceremonial reception on Easter in the St. Sava temple parish home, hosted by His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej.
