Belgrade, 9 November 2006 – His Royal Highness Crown
Prince Alexander II extended his congratulations to H.E. Milan Jelic, PhD,
on the occasion of his inauguration for president of Republic of Srpska.
„Please accept my warmest congratulations on the occasion
of your inauguration for the president of Republic of Srpska. I am convinced
that your expertise and experience will contribute to the economic
development of your country and thus improve the stability and prosperity of
