25 YEARS OF JOHN PAUL II’S PONTIFICATE
Belgrade, 19 October 2003 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II extended his
congratulations to His Most Eminent Grace Archbishop Stanislav Hocevar, on
the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Pope John Paul II’s pontificate.
“On the occasion of 25th anniversary of Pope John Paul II’s pontificate,
please accept my warmest congratulations. As the leader of the Roman
Catholic Church, the Holy Father has spread the gospel message throughout
the world, especially among the young, thanks to his many travels. John Paul
II has dedicated his entire life to the struggle against the forces of
darkness, always with a vision of life, light and hope”, emphasized the
Crown Prince in his letter of congratulations.
