TWENTY FOUR INCUBATORS FROM THE FOUNDATION OF HRH CROWN PRINCESS
KATHERINE TO THE PROGRAM “LET US BREATHE IN LIFE TO SERBIA”
Belgrade, 1 April 2004 – His Holiness the Serbian
Patriarch Pavle delivered awards to the participants of the great
humanitarian program “Let Us Breathe in Life to Serbia”, organized
under patronage of the Holy Synod of Serbian Orthodox Church at a
ceremony in the Patriarchy last night.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the present
were addressed by His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch Pavle who
thanked the donors whose generosity and love has saved many lives of
the newborn babies.
His Grace Irinej, Bishop of Backa pointed out in
his speech that from the very beginning of this program, the
Foundation of HRH Crown Princess Katherine was among the greatest
donors, and that it just informed the Holy Synod about the
continuing of the participation in this major humanitarian program
by donating another 24 incubators.
After that, His Grace Irinej, Bishop of Backa
delivered a diploma of gratitude of the Holy Synod to the Foundation
of HRH Crown Princess Katherine and all the donors who had assisted
in carrying out this humanitarian activity that has grown into a
