CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER EXTENDS CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOM KIPPUR
Belgrade, 25 September 2012 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander extended his congratulations for Yom Kippur, the brightest holiday in the Jewish religious year, to leaders of the Jewish community in Serbia and Republika Srpska.
“I wish that Yom Kippur, which represents forgiveness, reconciliation and remorse, is celebrated in reviewing ones acts and prayers for forgiveness, in mutual reconciliation, and in good health and happiness”.
His Royal Highness sent a letter to H.E. Mr. Yossef Levy, the Ambassador of Israel to Serbia, Mr. Isaac Asiel, Great Rabi of Serbia, Mr. Jakov Danon, President of the Jewish Community Banja Luka, Prof. Jovan Elazar, President of the Jewish Community of Belgrade, Mr. Nenad Fogel, President of the Jewish Community of Zemun, Mr. Tomislav Halbror, President of the Jewish Community of Subotica and Mr. Goran Levi, President of the Jewish Community Novi Sad.
