Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander, Crown Princess Katherine, Hereditary Prince Peter and Prince Alexander, Princess Katarina, Prince George, Prince Michael, Princess Linda, Prince Vladimir and Princess Brigitta, Prince Dimitri, Princess Lavinia, Mr. Austin Pritchard-Levy and Luca Pritchard-Levy, and Princess Elizabeth, as well as Prof. Dr Oliver Antic, special advisor to President of Serbia H.E. Mr. Tomislav Nikolic, attended the Divine Liturgy at The Cathedral Church of St. Michael the Archangel in Belgrade this morning.

His Grace Bishop Lukijan of Budim officiated the Liturgy and the Memorial Requiem. After the service, His Holiness Patriarch Irinej of Serbia made an address, and said that by this the great injustice has been justified, and that Their Majesties King Peter II, Queen Alexandra and Queen Maria and His Royal Highness  Prince Andrej will finally be put to rest with their great ancestors, beside the Great Karadjordje, and among their compatriots.

After the service, with the sound of the bells of the Cathedral Church and all Churches in Belgrade, the coffin of HM King Peter II was carried out by Serbian Army Guard, and the coffins of HM Queen Alexandra, HM Queen Maria and HRH Prince Andrej by members of the Kingdom of Serbia Association dressed in Serbian National costumes. The motorcade then started for Oplenac where the Royal Family Mausoleum is located, and was escorted on the way by sound of church bells, and thousands of people all the way.

In Topola, coffins were transferred to special carts, and coffin of HM King Peter II was escorted by members of the Guard on horses. Members of the Royal Family and numerous citizens have walked behind in procession from Topola to Oplenac.  

At the Church of St. George in Oplenac, His Grace Bishop Jovan of Sumadija and the clergy of Sumadija Diocese, together with a great number of citizens gathered waiting for the late Royals and members of the Royal Family. Then His Grace Bishop Jovan of Sumadija officiated the Requiem service at the Church in the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander, Crown Princess Katherine, Hereditary Prince Peter and Prince Alexander, Princess Katarina, Prince George, Prince Michael, Princess Linda, Prince Vladimir and Princess Brigitta, Prince Dimitri, Princess Lavinia and Mr. Austin Pritchard-Levy and Luca Pritchard-Levy, and Princess Elizabeth.

Prof. Dr. Oliver Antic, special advisor to President of Serbia also attended the church service.

The people of Sumadija and from all over Serbia will have the opportunity to pay respect to their King, Queens and Prince until 8 pm this evening.

The State Funeral of Their Majesties King Peter II, Queen Alexandra, Queen Maria and His Royal Highness Prince Andrej will start tomorrow, 26 May, at 10 am, at the St. George Church in Oplenac.
