Easter reception for the royal
pALace staff
belgrade, 18 April 2006 – Their
Royal Highnesses Crown Prince
Alexander II and Crown Princess
Katherine hosted today an Easter
Reception for The Royal Palace staff
and the members of their families.
The reception took place in The
White Palace in Dedinje.
Greeting the guests at the
Palace, The Crown Prince pointed out
that “…we are all members of a big
family and if we all join our
eagerness and efforts to do
something, results would not be
missing”.
“I’m delighted that we have
gathered again to celebrate the
forthcoming and greatest Christian
Holiday, Easter. Kids are our future
and it is important to invest in
their future. We owe everything to
our children, and therefore we must
invest in their education. For that
reason we are trying to improve the
education system in Serbia and we
actively cooperate with Universities
on that issue. Only the education
could help our youth in finding good
employment”, stressed The Crown
Prince.
Her Royal Highness Princess
Katherine also stressed out the
importance of a modern and developed
education system in Serbia and
expressed her gratitude for their
presence.
The kids enjoyed the programme
and the company of The Crown Prince
and Princess Katherine. The most
cheerful moment for the little
children was the delivery of the
Easter presents.
